Message updated on 8/17/2018:
Thank you for calling the Jury Commissioner’s office. Please read the following message very carefully. Although we attempt to spread reporting obligations among all jurors, You May Be Called To Serve On Any Day Of The Month regardless of your juror number.
The following message is correct for:
AUGUST TRIAL JURORS
Monday, August 20, 2018
August Trial Jurors with reporting numbers #6 through #385 are to report to Courtroom 1 on the second floor at 8:00 am for orientation and jury service.
(That means starting with and including Juror #6, all the numbers in between and including #385 unless previously excused)
Please bring your SUMMONS and JUROR BADGE with you when reporting for service. Proper ID may also be required. (If you lost your summons, we can look you up by your name)
The unauthorized use of electronic devices may interfere with the efficient administration of justice, impair the safety and welfare of visitors and staff and have a negative impact on the Court’s security plan. It is preferable that all electronics are left at home or in your vehicle. Any electronics in the possession of a juror must be OFF on the second floor of the courthouse.
Although the courthouse does not open its doors until 8:00 a.m., jurors should allow time to find a parking place as spaces are limited. However, plan on being able to promptly enter the courthouse at your designated time.
The temperature in the courthouse can fluctuate; please dress accordingly. Please also be mindful of others who may be sensitive to strong perfumes or colognes.
NOTE: GRAND JURY will receive a written letter two weeks prior to when you will need to report for the first time.
