REQUEST FOR WRITTEN PROPOSALS
For Landfill Transfer Station Office Trailers for
Dorchester County

The Dorchester County Department of Public Works on behalf of the County Council of Dorchester County is requesting SEALED BIDS from qualified vendors for Office Trailers at the Secretary and Golden Hill Transfer Stations.
Proposals signed by an authorized representative on a required proposal form are to be submitted no later than 11:30 a.m. prevailing time on April 15, 2020 to the Dorchester County Council’s Office Building, Room 108, 501 Court Lane, Cambridge, Maryland, 21613.
Proposals will be immediately opened and publicly read thereafter in Room 110. All proposals shall be submitted in a sealed opaque envelope with the following notation “Proposals for Landfill Transfer Station Office Trailers”

Pre-Bid Conference: A Pre-Bid Conference will not be held.
All questions must be received in writing or by email by 4:00 pm April 2, 2020
The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive formalities, informalities and technicalities therein, and to take whatever bid they determine to be in the best interest of the County considering the lowest or best bid, quality of goods and work, time to delivery or completion, responsibility of bidders being considered, previous experience of bidders, or any other factors they deem appropriate.
